CONTRACTOR HAS *48 HOURS* TO REPORT MISSING PARTS TO COOK AND BOARDMAN, LLC OR CONTRACTOR WILL BE RESPONSIBLE TO REORDER AT THEIR EXPENSE

We will adhere to the dates provided to complete your materials. Please notify us within 7 days if there are any delays that affect the ship dates. Should shipments be delayed by the contractor for more than 1 week after the material has been pulled for shipment, daily storage fees will be incurred as follows: $25 per day for a small pallet, $50 per day for a large pallet, and $5 per day for a welded frame if stored loose. These rates will take effect on the 6th business day of holding. 

Detention fees from carriers will begin after exceeding “free time” for delivery.  “Free time” is based on weight and number of shipments and varies between carriers. Please make sure you ask the carrier how much free time you have when the delivery truck is on site. Any additional time past the “free time” will be the responsibility of the construction company.
